In this role, you will work within the People & Culture team to update our internal employee databases in our HRIS system; provide support to our benefits, compensation, and payroll teams; and make recommendations to improve HR policies. You're ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as work as part of a team is critical. Key Skills and Abilities Include:
Studying toward a degree in Human Resources or a related field. High Attention to detail is required. Key Personal Attributes Include:
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (verbal, written, and utilizing all media (phone, e-mail, text)) for interaction with coworkers and employees. Maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with peers, managers, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments. Must have a positive and energetic attitude with a desire to help internal and external customers. Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:
Assisting with the creation of P&C Operations processes and procedures Office Management tasks:
employee files, payroll data, and other P&C duties Assisting with project management and employee relations within the P&C Operations team Creating and running basic HRIS reports. Auditing employee records in the HRIS system to include new employees, employee information updates, terms, and data cleanup. Assisting with completing Service Now ticket completion and Knowledge Base Articles and dashboard creation. Benefits:
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $14.28 to $18.09 per hour. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
